Designed and handcrafted in Ohio by local metal artist Matt Skillman, this sculptural fire bowl captures the quiet drama of an eclipse, offering both function and artistry in a single, striking piece.

Built from thick, high-grade carbon American steel, the Lunar Fire Bowl is made to last a lifetime. With no moving parts and solid-steel construction, it will never warp, break, or wear out. This fire bowl requires no maintenance and is engineered to remain outdoors year-round, enduring heat, rain, snow, and seasonal changes with ease. Over time, the natural iron oxide patina finish deepens into a rich, dark tone that enhances its organic, lunar-inspired form.

Each bowl features a generous Rain Drain to allow proper water flow, and now includes a 4” Round Blocking Plate with a Centering Tee for those who prefer to prevent ash from passing through. The blocking plate and centering tee has been developed to cover the 1.5" diameter Rain Drain on our Ohio Flame Fire Pits until the fire bowl is ready for clean out.  Simply insert the centering tee trough the X in the blocking plate and drop into the Rain Drain.
